MartechFlow is product feed management software for ecommerce. This policy covers martechflow.com and the MartechFlow application. If you have questions, email [email protected].
Data we collect
We collect the minimum needed to run the service:
- Account data: your name, email, organization, and authentication details.
- Catalog and connection data: the product feeds, files, URLs, and credentials you connect so we can ingest, transform, and publish your feeds. Connection credentials are encrypted at rest.
- Usage data: logs and metering needed to operate, secure, and bill the service.
- Cookies: essential cookies for sign-in and session security. Optional analytics run only if enabled.
How we use it
We use your data to provide the service (ingest, transform, validate, and publish your feeds), to secure and improve it, to communicate about your account, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
Sharing and processors
We share data with infrastructure and service providers that help us run MartechFlow (hosting, storage and CDN, email delivery, and error/usage monitoring), under agreements that limit their use to providing those services. Your output feeds are published to the channels you configure (for example Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat) at URLs those channels pull from.
Data retention and security
We keep data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it. We apply tenant isolation, encryption of sensitive credentials, and access controls to protect your data.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these, email [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
