MartechFlow provides software to ingest, transform, validate, and publish ecommerce product feeds and related image creative. We may update features over time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

You are responsible for your account, the accuracy of the data and credentials you connect, and for keeping your login secure. You must have the right to use any catalog data, images, and connections you bring to MartechFlow.

You agree not to:

• Use the service to publish unlawful, infringing, or deceptive content.
• Attempt to breach security, access other tenants’ data, or disrupt the service.
• Connect URLs or sources you are not authorized to access.

You retain ownership of your catalog data, images, and feeds. You grant MartechFlow the permissions needed to process and publish them on your behalf as part of providing the service.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MartechFlow is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding period.

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here. You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Questions: [email protected].
