Switch between organizations
One MartechFlow login can belong to several organizations. Learn how the active-organization switcher in the top header works, why everything reloads when you switch, and which org you land in at login.
One login, many organizations
Your email is a single identity in MartechFlow, and that one login can belong to more than one organization. This is common for agencies and freelancers: your own org plus every client org that invited you, all reachable from the same account.
At any moment your session has one active organization. Everything you see (projects, feeds, members, usage) belongs to that active org. Switching changes which org is active without signing you out.
How to switch
If you belong to more than one organization, an organization dropdown appears in the top header of the app, next to the menu. It lists every org you are a member of.
- 1Find the organization dropdown in the top header (it shows your current org name).
- 2Open it and pick the organization you want to work in.
- 3The app reloads into that organization's dashboard.
- The dropdown only appears once you belong to at least one organization, and it is most useful when you have several.
- Your current org is shown as the selected value, so you always know where you are.
Why the page reloads on switch
When you switch, MartechFlow does a full reload to the dashboard rather than swapping data in place. This is deliberate: it guarantees every project and feed list re-fetches cleanly under the new active organization, so you never see one org's data lingering while you work in another.
Switching repoints your existing session at the new org; it does not create a new login or affect your sign-in status.
Which org you start in, and joining new ones
When you log in, MartechFlow drops you into a default organization: your earliest active membership. From there you can switch to any other org you belong to using the header dropdown.
Accepting an invitation is itself a kind of switch. When you accept an invite to a new org, MartechFlow sets that org as your active one and reloads you into its dashboard, so you land exactly where the new work is. After that, the org stays in your switcher for good.
